Annual General Meeting

All club members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting on August 31. The committee has been very active since the last AGM with a planning day and a member survey resulting in 5 new groups being formed 6 Evening Events, 2 talks and a “Happy Hour” with more events and activities planned for the coming year.

Hear reports from the President and the Treasurer detailing the past year’s activities. Take the opportunity to meet and talk with fellow members. The committee will welcome any feedback that you offer and are very happy to discuss issues and exchange ideas. Co-ordinators of activities will be available and clearly identified so that should you want to know about any activity you will be able to approach them to answer all your questions.

We guarantee that this will not be a dull AGM but an interesting afternoon where you have the opportunity to hear what’s happening and have your input plus enjoy a celebration afternoon tea. To assist with catering it would be appreciated if you could inform a committee member or ring 8558 2053.
