Annual General Meeting 2019

The Club AGM was held on Saturday 7 September at 2.00pm.

In her report, President Louise Allstrom noted the highlights of the past 12 months.

These included
• Completion of our new room
• Installation of a new floor throughout the building
• Relocation of the bar to the new room
• New rainwater tanks to water the orchard
• New activities … a Rock & Roll Dancing group, a Gardening group and a second Cards group
• Many successful events including those held during Festival Fleurieu
• Increased sales in the Op Shop
• Ongoing cooperation & support from the Men’s Shed
• Continued support for local charities and organisations

The Treasurer and Secretary then presented their reports, after which a vote was conducted for the vacant position on the Management Committee. Congratulations to Sally Withers who won the position. All other

Committee members have another 12 months in their positions.

Our Committee members for 2019-2020 are:
Louise Allstrom (President), John Steggles (Vice President), Bjorn Nilsson (Treasurer), Marri Moir (Secretary), Brian Livingston, Kathy Robertson, Rita Seabrooke, Sally Withers and Helen Woolford.
Louise concluded proceedings by thanking the Committee, our volunteers, and all our Club members
who “make this the great Club that it is, the great Club that we are”. Afternoon tea followed the meeting.
