Annual General Meeting 2020

The Club Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 5 September at 2.00pm. Everyone is welcome to attend the AGM, however, please note that only Life Members and 2020/21 financial members will be eligible to vote.

The meeting will be followed by afternoon tea and the bar will be open for purchase of drinks. Please remember to RSVP if you are attending, to assist us with catering for the afternoon tea.

If you’re unable to attend and would like your apology recorded, please notify us by email/letter or list your name on the apologies sheet in the main hall.
