Christmas in July a Huge Success

On Wednesday 17 July we held a very special Christmas in July – Swedish Style.
Naturally our chef was our multi-talented barman and treasurer Bjorn.

He created a delicious Swedish feast, which we all enjoyed so much. An unexpected highlight was a singing solo from Bjorn, before we drank our pre-lunch schnapps. Skol !!
Many of us sampled the optional entrée “A taste of Scandinavia”, which was followed by Christmas Ham, Meatballs and side dishes, then a delicious Sticky Chocolate Cake for dessert.

A huge thank you to Bjorn for all his hard work (and your meatballs are way better than Ikea’s!) Many thanks to the “Christmas helpers” in the kitchen too.
