Christmas in July…On Wednesday 20 July we held a very enjoyable “Christmas in July” Lunch. This special lunch is always a Club highlight in the depths of winter!

We were pleased that a large group from McLaren Vale Southern Seniors could join us for the occasion. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed a delicious meal, and our fantastic hospitality volunteers did us proud yet again!

Our other major event planned for July was the Upstage Theatre production “In the Mood…Swing with a Zing!”  As you may be aware, this event had to be cancelled due to low booking numbers. This was a disappointing outcome, as Upstage shows have proven very popular in the past, and they always put on a very entertaining show.
