Club Fleurieu Survey

As your Management Committee, we are keen to obtain your feedback about the direction and activities of the Club. All members have been emailed a survey form. You may choose
to print and complete it, alternatively there are copies of the survey form in our foyer.

We hope you will take the time to give us your thoughts and ideas, after all, this is your Club and we value your opinions.

No names are required so give us your honest thoughts! Please return completed surveys by Friday 27 August so the findings can be collated in time for the AGM. There will be a collection box in the foyer, or you can post the survey to the Club address at the bottom of the newsletter.
