Cottage Homes Development Update

The Contract has now been signed for the affordable housing development on the grassed area to the west of our Clubrooms. Cottage Homes Inc have appointed Sarah Constructions as the builder.

Innovative modular homes will be used. To quote a section of Cottage Homes Facebook post, which we shared to the Club’s Facebook page.

“The homes, designed by John Byleveld Architects, will be built offsite and then carefully transported and placed on the site. This means less waste, faster construction, and comfortable, well-designed homes surrounded by shared green spaces.

“We’re also proud that Sarah Constructions will be working with local contractors and trades, supporting the Southern Fleurieu community along the way. Work will begin soon, with the first tenants expected to move in by Christmas 2026.”
