September Happy Hour – Swedish Style

What a fabulous evening we had on Friday 25 September when Bjorn took us all to Sweden for Happy Hour!

Diners enjoyed Swedish meatballs and “Jansson’s Temptation” potato bake with red cabbage and salad. Apple Toffee Crumble with creamy custard followed for dessert.
