Annual General Meeting 2021

Annual General Meeting for 2021 is scheduled for Saturday 4 September commencing at 2.00pm.
Every Club member will soon receive a written or emailed invitation to our AGM. An agenda and other information will be included. Our Management Committee will have two vacant positions: Secretary and general committee member.
Nominations for these positions open on 11 August and close on 24 August. Please RSVP for the AGM by phone, email or by adding your name to the attendance or apologies registers at the Club.
Afternoon tea will follow the meeting and the bar will be open for purchase of drinks. Anyone is welcome to attend the AGM, however only 2021-22 financial members and Life Members will be eligible to vote.
