Annual General Meeting 2022

Join us for our Club Annual General Meeting on Saturday 3 September at 3.00pm.

Every Club member will soon receive a written or emailed invitation to our AGM. An agenda and other information will be included. All Committee positions become vacant this year and currently no nominations have been received for Club Secretary.

Nominations for committee positions open from Wednesday 10/8/22 to 2pm Tuesday
23/8/22. Some other non-committee roles will also be discussed at the AGM, such as Volunteer Coordinator and Activity Coordinator.

Please RSVP for the AGM by phone/email or by adding your name to the attendance or apologies registers at the Club. Everyone is welcome to attend, but voting will be restricted to Life Members and financial members for 2022-2023.

Afternoon tea will follow the meeting and Bjorn’s Bar will be open for purchase of drinks.
