Mayor’s Charity Dinner a Huge Success

On Saturday 7 February the Mayor’s Charity Dinner was held at the Club, as a fundraiser for 5CY. The dinner has become an important annual event on the Club’s calendar.

75 people enjoyed the delicious Italian style dinner, cooked by Mayor Darryl Houston and his wife Leonie, and supported by our Club volunteers.

An auction and a raffle were also held. We are pleased to announce that this special event raised a total of $6,000!

Sincere thanks go to everyone involved in making the dinner such a success, while contributing to such a worthy cause. The presentation was made to Keren Webber, representing 5CY, at our February Club Lunch.
