Quiz Night 2019

A fantastic evening was enjoyed by 130 people at our Quiz Night on Friday 16 August. The atmosphere was friendly & relaxed, but the competition was fierce! The Club would like to thank:
• Quiz Master Rob French who compiled a wide variety of questions to test us out. He was also a wonderful MC for the evening
• First National Real Estate Copley for donating a boxed set of wine, which was auctioned for $80
• The winner of our bottle coin-throw game, who donated his bottle of Port back. It was later auctioned and & also raised $80
• Ebony Lee Shop & Yankalilla Hotel for donating vouchers for our raffle
• Nathan for helping behind the bar so Bjorn could participate in the
Quiz rounds
• Everyone who not only came along and supported our event, but also
donated food to our 5CY collection basket for people in need in our community
• All our wonderful volunteers who set up the hall, organised prizes, collected money, kept score during the Quiz rounds and cleaned up afterwards
Proceeds from the event will be presented to Combined Christian Churches Community Care Yankalilla (5CY).
