Special General Meeting

A Special General Meeting was held on Saturday, May 12th to adopt proposed amendments to the current Constitution. More than 30 people attended the meeting where the proposed changes were fully discussed and then adopted. The revised Constitution will be lodged and a copy will be available in the club foyer.

The purpose was not to review the whole Constitution as it had been reviewed and adopted at the last AGM.

Instead it was to amend only areas to assist with administrative operations and to be compliant with stipulated regulations and good governance. Thank you to the Management Committee for their time and effort to work through the amendments and to the members for their support of these changes.
