Tasting Lunch

Bruce Gordon of Courthouse fame with Mark Savery of Allusion Wines designed a four course “Tasting Lunch” with wine matched to food. After a complementary champagne on arrival, the following courses were served – Smoked Salmon parcel with rocket, goat cheese and strawberry with a 2015 Sauvignon Blanc then pulled pork slider with apple chutney with a 2013 Pinor Noir, followed by a slow cooked Osso Bucco on a bed of sweet potato puree and 2013 Shiraz.

For dessert, we had raspberry and rose fool with a 2015 Rose. If you missed the lunch, don’t despair… it was so popular that we will be having another lunch soon.
