Wellness Day Workshops a Success
On Saturday May 18 we held a very successful Wellness Day at the Club. Participants took part in Yoga, Zumba, Fitness and Line Dancing. A delicious (and healthy!) lunch and afternoon tea was also enjoyed by all.
Many thanks to our program providers: Dawn Marsh from “Always You Yoga & Relaxation”, Lynne Willis for Zumba, Mel from “Sea Dragon Swim School & Fitness” and Jonathon Hardy from SA Line Dancers Association. You all provided energetic and fun sessions!
